We also have
developed an implementation plan to develop a strategy to implement our WCP. A draft
of our WCP has been reviewed internally by the District's staff and is currently under
review by the Board of Directors. The Board will be approving the report for public
review at the Board meeting on April 15. All comments submitted by the Board will be
integrated into the final draft for public review.
Project Successes and Findings
The project began in Apri12008 and the team has been working diligently with the Board
and the staff at CWCB to get guidance and input throughout the preparation of the WCP.
Tri-County has taken a look at all the elements and carefully examined many possibilities
for consideration in the plan. Tri-County staff has kept the Board well informed
throughout the process so that the Board and staff would be in complete agreement about
the District's mission and goals as they relate to water conservation. The District
believes that the WCP that has been prepared represents realistic and attainable goals.
647 NORTH 7TH STREET P.O.
