Water Conservation Board. <br />3 Trout Unlimited heieby stipulates to entxy of deci•ee herein in the forrn attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, or athei fotm that is no less restrictive upon Upper Gunnison than the proposed <br />decree attached as Eachibit A.. <br />4, Ti-out Unlimited agrees that it will not participate fuithei• in this case except foi the <br />purpose of assuring.compliance with this Stipulaiion.. <br />5.. Uppei Gunnison agrees that it will not seek a decree with teirns and conditions that <br />are incansistent with this Stipulation. Tc•out Uniimited shall remain on the mailing list in this case <br />and be pcovided with a copy of' any ievised pr-oposed tuling and deeree in ttiis case. Tiout <br />Unlimited agi-ees that it wilt not oppose the entty of'any proposed decree that is consistent with this <br />Stipulation, <br />6. This Stipulation shall be binding upon the pazties hereto, their• successor•s and assigns, <br />and shali be enfoiceable as an agc-eement between the parties or as an order of'the Court..
