Provided, however, that diversions pursuant to a. <br />and b. above will be made solely £or municipal purposes as <br />defined in sa3d "Stipulation", as anended; subject neverthe- <br />Zess to the right of the parties to this Decree to contest <br />the conditiona2 decrees on the grounds that the City and <br />'County oP Denver has falled from and after the date of this <br />Decree to prosecute iLs claims with due diligence. <br />The rights to the use oP water of the City and. <br />County of Denver in the Blue River are more fully described <br />in the decreea entered 1a Water District No. 36, Civil Act3ore <br />No. 1805 and 1806.
