The <br />grovisions of Senate Document 80, 75th Congress, lst 8ession, <br />prescr3bing the manner in which the Secretary oP the Interior <br />will operate the Colorado-Big Thompson ProJect are as _ <br />follows: <br />"MANNER OF OP$RATION OF PROJECT FACILITIES <br />AND AUXILIARY FEATURES. <br />"The constructlon and operation of this oroject <br />will change the regimen of the Colorado River below the <br />Granby Reservoir. The project contemplates the maximum <br />conservation and use of the waters of the Colorado River, and <br />involves ail oP the construction features heretofore listed. <br />Fn addition thereto certain supplemental construction will be <br />necessary.
