Case No. 04CW217 <br />Page 4 <br />1. Eric Holgerson, Public Works Director, Town of Dillon, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, <br />CO 80435; (970) 468-2403, may testify regarding Dillon's existing and proposed water <br />diversion and storage facilities, Dillon's water rights, likely operation of Old Dillon Reservoir <br />and the Enlargement, and potential changes, exchanges and plans for augmentation <br />utilizing the Town's interest in the Old Dillon Reservoir and the First Enlargement. Mr. <br />Holgerson may also testify regarding stream flow records for the Blue River and Straight <br />Creek as they relate to the RICD claims. <br />2. Steven P. Jeffers of Bernard, Lyons, Gaddis & Kahn, P.C., 515 Kimbark Street, <br />Longmont, C0, 80503; 303-776-9900, attorney for Dillon, may testify regarding the legal <br />standards and policies applicable to the proposed RICD and the application of those <br />standards and policies to the facts of this claim. <br />IV. EXHIBITS <br />Dillon may introduce one or more of the following exhibits at the hearing: <br />1. General vicinity map, showing the location of Dillon's water facilities in relation to the <br />proposed RICD. <br />2. Decree in Case No. 86CW330 entered on January 5, 1993 for use of Old Dillon <br />Reservoir to augment Dillon's depletions to the Blue River from diversion through the Dillon <br />Blue River Intake. <br />4. Decree in Case No. 93CW288 entered on February 10, 1997 for Old Dillon Reservoir <br />First Enlargement. <br />5. Map of proposed location for upstream control structure. <br />6. Stream flow records for the Blue River below Dillon Reservoir. <br />7. Stream flow records for Straight Creek. <br />8. Stream flow records for the Blue River above'Dillon Reservoir. <br />9.
