1. Eric Holgerson, Public Works Director, Town of Dillon, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon,
CO 80435; [phone], may testify regarding Dillon's existing and proposed water
diversion and storage facilities, Dillon's water rights, likely operation of Old Dillon Reservoir
and the Enlargement, and potential changes, exchanges and plans for augmentation
utilizing the Town's interest in the Old Dillon Reservoir and the First Enlargement. Mr.
Holgerson may also testify regarding stream flow records for the Blue River and Straight
Creek as they relate to the RICD claims.
2. Steven P. Jeffers of Bernard, Lyons, Gaddis & Kahn, P.C., 515 Kimbark Street,
Longmont, C0, 80503; 303-776-9900, attorney for Dillon, may testify regarding the legal
standards and policies applicable to the proposed RICD and the application of those
standards and policies to the facts of this claim.
