Location: In the NEk NE:, §7, T5S, R77W, 6th P.M., at a point 850 <br />feet from the north section line and 1250 feet from the east section line of said <br />§7. <br />ii. Source: Ground water tributary to Straight Creek. <br />iii. Depth: 50 feet. <br />iv. Capacity: 200 gpm. <br />v. Amount: 325 acre feet, CONDITIONAL. <br />vi. Use: Municipal. <br />vii. Appropriation Date: September 29, 1987. <br />e. Town af Dillon Well No. 5 <br />i. Location: In the SW4 NE'„ §7, 175S, R77W, 6th P.M., at a point <br />1400 feet from the north section line and 2000 feet from the east section line <br />of said §7. <br />ii. Source: Ground water tributary to Straight Creek. <br />iii. Depth: 50 feet. <br />iv. Capacity: 200 gpm. <br />v. Amount: 325 acre feet, CONDITIONAL. <br />vi. Use: Municipal. <br />vii. Appropriation Date: September 29, 1987. <br />f. Dillon Blue River Intake: The point of the diversion of the Blue River <br />Intake is within the high waterline of Dillon Reservoir in the Sk SE4, §7, T5S, <br />R77W, 6th P.M. or the Sk 5W';, §8, T5S, R77W, 6th P.M. or NZ NW';, §17, TSS, R77W, <br />6th P.M. or NZ NE47 §18, T5S, R77W, 6th P.M., Summit County, Colorado. A <br />conditional water right was decreed to this structure by this Court in Case No. <br />86CW329 in the amount of five cubic feet per second. <br />g. Silverthorne Well No. 1: Located at a point in the NE', SW'„ §12, T5S, <br />R78W, 6th P.M., which is 2998 feet south of the north section line and 2522 feet <br />east of the west section line. This well was decreed in Case No. W-1222 to <br />divert up to 0.667 cfs. <br />h. Silverthorne Well No. 2: Located at a point in the NE; SW'„ §12, T5S, <br />R78W, 6th P.M., which is 3198 feet south of the north section line and 2062 feet <br />east of the west section line. This well was decreed in Case No. W-1222 to <br />divert up to 0.667 cfs.
