This segment can be located on the Dillon and <br />Willow Lakes U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br />3. The source of water: <br />The Blue River <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />October 2, 1987 5. The amount of water claimed: <br />Instream flow of 75 c.f.s. (April 1-September 30); 58 <br />c.f.s. (October 1-March 31) <br />6. The use of the water: <br />To maintain such minimum Elows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 6 1987 Supp.). No <br />diversion of the water right herein will be made From the <br />natural stream channel. <br />7. The applicant shall install and maintain such measur- <br />ing devices and maintain such records as the Division Engineer <br />may require for administration of this right. <br />8. The priority herein awarded, said Blue River instream <br />flow, was filed in the water court in the year of 1987 and shall <br />be administered as having been filed in that year, except as pro- <br />vided in Exhibits A-G, the terms and conditions of which are <br />incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and shall be junior <br />-2-
