releases from Green'Mountain Reservoir, or <br />other reservoirs in substitution therefor:- <br />(d) West Slope beneficiaries which are junior <br />in priority to the currently enforced call <br />shall be allowed to continue diversions <br />so long as and to the extent that depletions <br />from such diversions can be and are replaced <br />through operation of the exchange or direct <br />delivery defined in Paragraph 3(b) above. <br />(e) Only Senate Document No. 80 beneficiaries, <br />including contractors, may utilize Green <br />Mountain Reservoir water for replacement of <br />depletions resulting from out-of-priority <br />diversions. <br />5. In the administration of exchanges to storage <br />in Dillon Reservoir or diversions through the Harold D. <br />Roberts Tunnel using waters released by Denver from its <br />Williams Fork Reservoir, the State Engineer shall use as the <br />priority of exchange for such purposes the priority date of <br />June 24, 1946 as though adjudicated in the first available <br />adjudication following that date. The determination of this <br />priority shall not affect any other more senior judicially <br />or administratively determined priorities of exchange for <br />the'use of waters released from the Williams Fork Reservoir <br />for exchanges to other facilities of Denver.
