Consolidated Civil Case <br />Nos. 2782, 5016 and 5017 and <br />Case No. 91CW252, WD S <br />City and CounLy of Denver, <br />acting ?Dy and through its <br />Board oi water Commissioners <br />1600 Wesc 12th Avenue <br />Denver, Colorado 80254 <br />(303) 628-6460 <br />2. The River District and the Board filed their joint <br />application for approval of P1an for Augmentation and for Approval <br />of an Appropriative Right of Exchange on December 31, 1991, in the <br />United States District Court for the District of Colorado and in the <br />District Court for Water Division 5 of the State of Colorado. The <br />application was -f=1ed in the Federal District Court to invoke its <br />retained jurisdiction under the terms of the April 16, 1964 Consent <br />Decree in the Consolidated Cases. The Application was filed in the <br />Water Court in compliance with the Colorado water Right <br />Determination and Administration Act of 1969. <br />3. JURISDICTION. All notices of the Application were given <br />ir.the manner required by the Colorado Water Rigr.t Determination and <br />Administration Act of 1969_ Both the Federal District Court and the <br />1 <br />Water Court have jurisdiction over the subject ;natter of this <br />proceeding and over all persons and '/ property affected hereby, <br />regardless of whether those persons as the owners cf such property <br />have appeared. The time for filing Statements Of Opposition has <br />exnired. <br />4. STATEMENTS OF OPPOSITION. ORIGINAL PARTIES.
