Cross examination <br />The Hearing Coordinator recommends that there be no cross-examination of <br />witnesses. Instead, any Party may request the CWCB Chair (or her designee) to <br />direct questions to particular witnesses or other Party representatives, in writing, <br />either prior to or during the hearing. All such written questions should identify the <br />person asking it, and if possible the person(s) to whom the question is directed. The <br />Chair will hold all such questions until after the completion of the presentations. At <br />that time the Chair ask such questions in his discretion. (It would be appreciated if
