RK0 IJQ-ARAv?o <br />7??/os--- <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Concerning the Application for Water Rights of the Town of <br />Silverthorne <br />in Sumrnit County, Colorado <br /> Case Number: <br /> 5-04CW217 <br />PREHEARING ORDER <br />A prehearing conference in this proceeding was held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, June <br />24, 2005 in the State Services Building, 1525 Sherman Street, Room 719, Denver, <br />Colorado. Hearing Coordinatar Patrick Kowaleski presided. The purpose the <br />prehearing conference was to establish an agenda for the hearing, and to resolve any <br />procedural issues prior to the hearing before the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />"(CWCB)" scheduled for July 20, 2005 in Dillon, Colorado. <br />In attendance at the prehearing conference, either in person or by phone, were <br />the following: Mark Wagner for the applicant Town of Silverthorne, Casey S. Funk <br />for the City and County of Denver, Wm. Kelley Dude for the City of Colorado <br />Springs, Peter Fleming for the Colorado River Water Conservation District, Charles <br />B. White far the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Summit, Andrew <br />Peternell for Trout Unlimited, Jeffrey Kahn for the Town of Dillon, Kristin Howse <br />Moseley far Vidler Water Company, and Susan Schneider and Jennifer Mele for the <br />CWCB, the Division of Wildlife and the Division of Colarado State Parks. John <br />Redifer, Chair of the Water Conservation Board attended as an observer. <br />1. Pending Motions. There were no pending motions. Any Motions are to be filed not <br />later than June , 2005 and any responses are due on or before June , 2005. <br />2. Undisputed Issues <br />The Applicant has provided adequate information to the Board confirming that the <br />Silverthorne RICD will not cause material injury to any existing ISF water rights. <br />The Staff confirms that there is no ISF through the proposed RICD reach, and that <br />Silverthorne's RICD will not cause material injury to any existing ISF water rights. <br />3. Staff's Proposed Recommendation <br />The Staff's proposed recommendation, based on its review of the Preharing <br />Statements, is to be filed no later than (1 week after the PH conference.)
