Applicant must prove that adjudication and administration of the recreational in- <br />channel diversian would promote maximum utilization of waters of the state. <br />3. Applicant must meet all applicable standards for recreational in-channeI diversion <br />water rights established by iaw. <br />4. The River District reserves the right to raise additional obj ections at a later date based <br />on inf.ormation not readi.ly ascertainable from the Application. <br />5. This Statement of Opposition is iiitended to be contiziuzng in nature and to apply to <br />all further amendmeiits to the Application, regardless of form.
