Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />CWCB Deputy Director <br />This refers to your letter dated April 13, 2009, relative to the above referenced loan <br />agreement between the Silt Water Conservancy District (District) and the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, dated May 1, 2000. The loan payoff amount as of May 14, 2009, is <br />$85,631.60. Please see the attached schedule for details. <br />Attached is a copy of the letter to the Wells Fargo Bank Colorado (Bank) providing that <br />the Certificate of Deposit held by the Bank under the provisions of the loan agreement be <br />released to you in order that the loan can be paid in full. Should circumstances change and the <br />final loan payment is not made, the District will be expected to provide a new Certificate of <br />Deposit under the terms of the agreement. <br />Final payment can be made by check or wire transfer.
