It is understood that the right is <br />reserved by the Governance Committee to accept any proposal that, in its judgment, is the best <br />proposal, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal. <br />Proposal Costs: Proposal costs incurred in response to this RFP will be the responsibility of the <br />bidder. Neither Nebraska Community Foundation nor the Governance Committee will be liable <br />for any costs incurred by the bidder in the completion and submission of the proposal. <br />Point of Contact: Questions regarding this RFP that could impact budget estimates or scope of <br />services should be faxed to Clayton Derby at (307) 637-6981 by June 8, 2005. Questions and <br />responses will be provided by fax, email, or phone to all bidders.
