b. Since rnembership is conditioned on payment of annual assessments, the
documentation sent to a member will be a letter stating the period for which
the assessments have been paid and the number of Old and New Units
covered.
c. A membership year will be deemed to coincide with the Corporation's fiscal
year (January 1 through December 31). For Cfass M members joining in
2006, calculations of the number of SFEs served through that entity's system
as of February 1, based on the best information available at the time of
joining, will be used to determine that member's first year assessment.
d. After the first year of inembership, each Class M member will be required to
provide by February 1 the number of SFEs served through its system, based
on the best information then available, and assessments based on that
number of units are due at that time.
e. Class M members joining in later years will pay an assessment based on
SFEs served as of February 1 of the year of joining, and a membership fee in
accordance with Article VI.D of the Articles of Incorporation.
f. For Classes A, I and W, deterTninations of irrigated acres and/or diversions
will be based on the best information available regarding that last previous
water year.
4. Catculation of SFEs: The Group is still collecting infoRnation on which to base a
decision, and plans to discuss this issue at the next board meeting on November
17th.
5. Although the Board may reconsider the issue at a later time, for the present,
members will receive no credit or offset against their assessments for value of
employee or consultant services provided to SPWRAP by the member.
1) AdSubCom Recommend 11-7-05
