I <br />waste water and the effects on the EA and pulse flows followed. The Pathfinder EA was <br />discussed including the priority of the account and the contributions that would have been <br />made if the Pathfinder EA already existed. It was concluded that the Pathfinder EA <br />would fill before Kendrick and would have been projected to fill in April if the EA <br />existed. <br />The EA Manager discussed the EA annual operations plan. The plan was presented to <br />the EAC in draft form. All attendees of the RCC received a copy of the EA draft AOP at <br />the EAC or the RCC meeting. Further refinement to the AOP will ta1ce place and the <br />AOP will be discussed at a January EAC meeting. <br />An additional item was added to the Agenda. South Platte conditions and forecasts was <br />added to Item 4. <br />The South Platte Basin operations and forecasts were discussed. South Platte flows are <br />expected to be higher than average this winter. There has been below average snow so <br />far this fall and no prediction of spring runoff is currently available. A prediction will be <br />available in April and information will be presented at the April meeting. <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
