She explained that the draft AOP was not provided prior <br />to the meeting because she had not received some anticipated comments/recommendations in <br />time. She indicated that she would give attendees time to review the draft prior to the AOP <br />discussion. She indicated that her goal for the meeting was to receive sufficient comments <br />and/or guidance from the EAC by the end of the meeting, or shortly thereafter, so she could final <br />the EA AOP by the end of January. <br />1
