Final plans to augment during this time period will be based primarily on an early spring fish survey and presence/absence of birds. Sept 16 - Sept 30 1,000 fish community Low Based on 2002 condirions, projections indicate 1,000 dry year flow targets will not be met. Because 600 EA water is limited and tems and plovers have migrated out of the area by this time, a lower priority is given. If hydrological conditions improve, this time period typically experiences lower ambient temperatures and decreasing irrigarion demand which results in improved river condirions for the fish community.
