Finance Conunittee <br />Ted Kowalslci will be Colorado's representative and Rick Brown will be Colorado's <br />alternate member. <br />Only one rep. and alt. for all water users groups. Colorado should get this since our <br />water users ai•e contributing financially and NE users are not. WY users are not <br />contributing, the State is paying, and they are only in for 6 million, CO is on the <br />hoolc for 24 million. Dennis Harmon will be the water rep. to the finance committee <br />(WY can 11ave tlle altei-ilate). <br />Land Advisory Comm.ittee <br />Joe Frani< will be the Colorado rep. to the land advisory committee. Ted Kowalski will <br />be the alternate for Colorado. <br />Technical Advisory Coinmittee <br />Kevin Urie and Greg Dewey will be the water users' representative and alternate to the <br />Technical Advisory Committee. <br />Ted Kowalski will be Colorado's rep, and Grady McNeill will be Colorado's alternate to <br />the Tecllnical Advisory Committee. <br />Water Advisory Cominittee <br />.lohn Altenhofen and Joe Frank will be the water users' representative and alternate for <br />the Water Advisory Committee. <br />.Tim Hall will be Colorado's representative and Ted Kowalski will be the alternate for <br />Colorado for the Water Advisary Committee.
