PUBI..IC CONMEN'I': <br />Water Commissioner, Brent Schantz, noted that a new Deputy Water Commissioner has been <br />hired for this area. Evan Snyder will assume the fu11 time position fur District 64 and the present <br />Deputy Water Commissioner, Charlie Sutter will work part-time. <br />Division Engineer, Jim Hall previously discussed a letter delivered during the work session <br />pertaining to administration of the Sauth Platte River during the non-irrigation season. The State <br />is seeking input from water users on this issue. <br />One of the upcoming meetings Deb Carlstrorn, aide to Congresswoman Musgrave, reviewed is <br />the Rural Deveiopment Forum which will be held in Fort Morgan on October 13, 2005. <br />Discussion items include the property rights bill and endangered species. <br />Dave Nein stated that the Sedgwick County Well Users had settled their court case and will be <br />receiving a court approved augmentation plan. <br />OLl) BIJSINESS: None <br />NEW BjTSINESS: None <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business; the meeting was adjourned at approximately 11:55 a.m. <br />iVVI.C ?
