Conclusions <br />1. The North Sterting Irrigation District is an imgation district formed ~ar~der the Irrigation District <br />Law of 1905 with the ability to enter into a contract with the CWCB for the purpose of <br />obtaining a Construction Fund loan. <br />2. Rights-of Way easements are adequate for fhe construction of this project. <br />3. The project would provide for the continued delivery of irrigation water to landowners and <br />will improve the safety of the dam and prevent a restriction of storage. <br />4. The total estimated cost of the project is $1,204,450, 10% of this cosf will be absorbed into <br />the maintenance and operation of the system. The NSID is applying for a loan in the <br />maximum of 90% of the total project cost or $1,084,005 from the CWCB Construction Fund. <br />S.
