: will be insufficient. All costs incurred by the Foundation beyond the budget amount for the
periods specified above prior to the required approval shall be borne by and become the sole
responsibility of the Foundation.
e. The Parties are committed to a mutual cooperative effort to share anticipated budget and
expenditure trends with the Foundation in the interests of maintaining a smooth working
relationship on a day-to-day basis.
SECTION C. SPECIAL PROVISIONS
C.1. E UIPMENT ACQUIRED UNDER THE AGREEMENT
The Foundation shall request disposition instructions from Reclamation and the States for any and all real
and personal property with a residual value exceeding $5,000 per unit which are purchased with funds
provided under this agreement. Said disposition request shall be in accordance with OMB Circular A-110
and forwarded no later than 30 days after completion of the period of performance of the agreement.
