31, 2006, Contract Routing #06 PDA 00073 consists of the payments which shall be made pursuant to this <br />amendment and the promises and agreements herein set forth. <br />2. It is expressly agreed by the parties that this amendment #5 is supplemental to the original Contract Routing Number <br />00 PDA 00002 contract #C 153878 dated July 1, 1999, as amended October 27, 1999, Contract Routing Number 0 1 <br />PDA 00024, as amended on December 4, 2003 Contract Routing Number 04 PDA 00035, as amended on May 12, <br />2004, Contract Routing Number 04 PDA 00075, and as amended March 31, 2006 Contract Routing No. 06 PDA <br />00073, collectively referred to as the "original contract," which is, by this reference, incorporated, and made a part <br />hereof, and all terms, conditions, and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified herein, are to apply to this <br />amendment as though they were expressly rewritten, incorporated, and included herein. <br />3. It is agreed the original contract is and shall be modified, altered, and changed in the following respects only: <br />4. The following changes are made to the paragraphs of the original agreements as cited below: <br />a. Section A. Purpose and Background: <br />A.1. PROJECT TITLE: Substitute the following for the existing language: <br />"Administrative Support to the Governance Committee and Executive Director Established Pursuant to the <br />July 1997 Cooperative Agreement for Platte River Research and Other Efforts (Including the 2006 Program <br />Agreement) Relating to Endangered Species Habitats Along the Central Platte River, Nebraska (references <br />to this effort shall be described as the `July 1997 Agreement')." <br />Add: A.2.d.: The Platte River Implementation Governance Committee, Interim Executive Director, and <br />other committees require administrative support in order to accomplish the purpose of the December 2006 <br />Program Agreement, scheduled to begin January 1, 2007. <br />c. A.3. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE: Add: "The purpose is also to provide interim services to the Platte <br />River Implementation Program Governance Committee and Interim Executive Director until such time that <br />the parties enter into a new fmancial assistance arrangement." <br />d. B.l.c. Add the following paragraph: Services to be Provided as a Contracting Agent: The funds budgeted <br />to perform additional professional services, specifically for the Platte River Implementation Program, is <br />amended and shown in Attachment V- 1 and Colorado's portion of the budget is increased by up to <br />$394,791.90. The total funds budgeted for the Platte River Implementation Program is $1,172,769.90. <br />e. B.2.b. Add the following paragraph: Funds collected for the Platte River Implementation Program will be <br />held in a separate fund "Platte River Implementation Program." Contributions to this account will be <br />provided by Reclamation and the States of Colorado and Wyoming. <br />Delete Subparagraph B.2.g in its entirety and substitute the following: <br />"Disbursements from the Platte River Cooperative Agreement funds shall be made from the parties' <br />accounts in the following proportions: <br />Reclamation: 65.79% <br />Colorado: 15.79% <br />Nebraska: 10.53% <br />Wyoming: 7.89% <br />Disbursements from the Platte River Implementation Program funds shall be made from the parties' accounts <br />in the following proportions: <br />19
