-Z Y- Modification No. 004 Cooperative reement No. 99-FC-60-11870 ATTACHMENT C-1 COLORADO'S CONTRACT AMENDMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Department or Agency Number n / PnA C?c>c?(-/ Contract Routing Number CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1 Administrative Support to the Governance Committee and Executive Director for the Platte River Endangered Species Partnership THiS AMENDMENT, made this 227)_ day of Mcwr. 2001, by and between the State of Coiorado for the use and benefit of the Colorado Water Conservation Board hereinafter referred to as the State, and Nebraska Community Foundation, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, FACTUAL RECITALS WHEREAS, authoriry exists in the Law and Funds have been budgeted, appropriated, and otherwise made available and a sufficient unencumbered balance thereof remains available for payment in Fund Number 100, Appropriation Code 018; and Fund Number 12H, Appropriation Code PRB, G6L PRB, Contract Encumbrance Number C153878; and required approval, clearance, and coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate agencies; and WHEREAS, the parties entered into an original contract dated July 1, 1999, for financial management and administrative support in the implementation of the .fuly 1997 Cooperative Agreement for Platte River Research and Other Efforts Relating to Endangered Species Habitats Along the Central Platte River, Nebraska; WHEREAS, the parties mutually agree that the contract pertormance period needs to be extended; WHEREAS, the parties mutually agree that additional scope of services is required; NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that Consideration for this amendment to the original contract, CE number C153878, Contact Routing Nurnber PDA 00-00002, dated July 1, 1999 consists of the payments which shall be made pursuant to this amendment and tfie promises and agreements herein set forth. 2. It is expressly agreed by the parties that this amendment is supplemental to the original Contract Routing Number C153878, dated July 1, 1999 referred to as the "original contract," which is, by this reference, incorporated, and made a part hereof, and attached as Exhibit A, and all terms, conditions, and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified herein, are to apply to this amendment as though they were expressly rewritien, inCorporated, and included herein. 3.
