9. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY OF
Item D.1, Modification, of the cooperative agreement.
It modifies the above numbered assistance agreement as set forth in Block 8
10. DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION:
Proiect Title: Technical and Administrative Support to the Governance Committee and Executive Director
for the Platte River Endangered Species Partnership
Notice of Additional Reservation of Funds: In addition to the funds reserved under the above agreement,
an additional $650,000 is now reserved to cover payment of all earnings under the agreement for the
period of Fiscal Year 1999. Total funding for this aqreement is now changed from $30,000 to $680,000.
It is expressly understood that the Government has no obligation to provide funds in addition to those
reserved in writing.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document refeTenced in Block 8, as heretofore
changed, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
