: - _ -- ?
Wyoming Area Office
Bureau of Reclamation
North Platte Pathfinder ownership (refer to NPRAOP page 3) is estimated reach a maximum
ownership content of 1010.0 kaf by the end of June, 6.5 kaf short of filling.
Assuming the Pathfinder Modification Project was in operation and a North Platte Pathfinder
ownership accrual of approximately 688 kaf, the Pathfinder Environmental Account would be
estimated to have accrued approximately 21.9 kaf and the Wyoming Municipal Account would
be estimated to have accrued 12.8 kaf (approximately 3.18% and 1.87% of the 688 kaf
Pathfinder accrual, respectively).
The Glendo and Kendrick ownerships would not fill given most probable inflow conditions.
Should the total system inflows approach the reasonable minimum inflow conditions, the inflows
would be similar to those experienced in water year 2004 (661.1 kaf in water year 2004 versus
683.0 kaf for the 2007 minimum inflow condition). Releases from Guernsey Reservoir are in
response to demands in the probable operating plan.
Reclamation will continue to update the North Platte River operating plans on a monthly basis in
response to changing inflow conditions. Reclamation will prepare forecasts of the April through
July snowmelt runoff beginning February 1 and continuing through May 1.
