Project Administration Services - Similar to the Interim Executive Director, the Cooperative <br />Agreement Governance Committee approved funding for January 2007 with continued funding <br />beyond this point to be decided by the Program's Governance Committee. If approved, the <br />estimated budget amount of $55,000 will be available, less the amount spent in January, to assist <br />in Project Administration. <br />Meeting Rooln Rentals - The Governance Committee should approve funding for all anticipated <br />meeting room rental in 2007, with a total budget amount of $27,500 not be exceeded. <br />Channel Capacity Permitting and Engineeping - It is recommended that the Governance <br />Committee approve announcing the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for this work <br />and to fund the activities up to a maximum of $270,000. If the winning price proposal is greater <br />than this amount, an additional budget request would be made. <br />2007 Whooping Crane Monitoring - It is recommended that the Governance Committee approve <br />announcing the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for this work and to fund the <br />2007 monitoring activities up to a maximum of $160,000. If the winning price proposal is <br />greater than this amount, an additional budget request would be made. <br />Analysis of nooping Crane Data - Early work on this activity was approved in December 2006 <br />and some analyses have been started. Approval of continuation of this work is needed from the <br />Program Governance Committee. Total budgeted amount is $25,000. <br />AMWG Assistance and Operating Expenses - The AMWG anticipated that four workshops will <br />be needed in 2007 to complete the 2007 Work Plan and the 2008-2011 Work Plan. This work <br />would be aided greatly with the assistance of Scott McBain and Nick Aumen. Continued <br />participation by these individuals in 2007 is estimated to be $25,000. <br />Nebraska Community Foundation - The Nebraska Community Foundation is paid a percentage <br />of each check they write for the Program. When approving expenditures on items above, the <br />Governance Committee will also being approving payment, in the appropriate amounts, to the <br />NCF. Total estimated amount in 2007 is $75,000.
