Available estimates of capital expenditures are <br />provided below. <br />4.3.1 Land Acquisition <br />In order to develop a high-side estimate of capital expenditures of land the following assumptions <br />were made: <br />1. The Joint Study block/segment plan will be implemented which would result in 29,000 <br />acres of habitat set aside for threatened and endangered species. This would include land <br />acquired and managed for habitat by all parties. <br />38
