System hypothesis are S1: Mechanical modification of channel combined with sediment
and flow management will affect channel morphology which will result in species use (See
figure S2), S2 is mechanical efforts alone can have the same affect as clear level pulse
and S3 is it will not be possible to detect changes in channel form on a system wide level.
