2009 Water Supplv <br />NWyoming Reservoirs <br />¦ 1,200,000 acre-feet carry-over storage <br />¦85% of average carry-over <br />¦55% of capacity <br />XI.ake McConaughy <br />¦602,300 acre-feet <br />¦54% of average carryover <br />¦35% capacity <br />Projecting low flows in the South Platte and North Platte Rivers in 2009. <br />2009 Plan of Operations <br />The Districts are working with FWS, NGPC, the ED Office, and FERC to develop a plan <br />of operations for the 2009 Water Year. <br />Most Likely Operations: <br />• Drought mode of operation <br />• Maximize storage in Lake McConaughy and the Sutherland Project <br />• Minimal winter and summer releases (partial waiver of FERC <br />requirement) <br />• Allocated deliveries to Central's irrigation customers
