It shows all the coverage parts available under this program. This is <br />the product we use on all the irrigation districts and NRDs that we currently handle. <br />The proposal document does not specifically show Central and NPPD as additional insured; <br />however, when the policy is issued both would be shown as additional insured in the <br />appropriate spots. <br />Some of the unique features of the program which may or may not be a factor is we offer <br />Pollution liability coverage under the General Liability and also the Failure to Supply water <br />broad coverage. Under the Management Liability there are coverare items not found in the <br />standard marketplace. <br />We are also providing Hired and Non-Owned Automobile liability coverage along with <br />Physical Damage coverage for Hired Autos. This could be an important feature as I would <br />expect your executive director would have some travel exposure. <br />We can also add Property coverage for any office exposure that develops as a result of his <br />relocation to the Kearney area as we discussed. <br />I will be happy to meet with the Board or Executive Committee or others to further discuss <br />our proposal.
