Buclget was one factor considereci in the proposal review and ranlcing <br />process, but it was not the primary factor. The Proposal Selection Team sought additionll informa- <br />tion from your team to ensure ihat your proposal received 1 fair and objective review against the <br />otlier subinitted proposlls iu regard to the scope of work, methoclologies, and time commitment of <br />principal investigators and field personnel. <br />In short, the Proposal Selection Team closely adhered to the Progratn's Proctirement Policy thxoughout <br />this selection process, ensured thlt all polential contractors had complete information, and made atl ef <br />forts to ensure submitted proposals were reviewed against each other in a fair and objeciive mltuier. The <br />selecteci contractor submitted a proposal t(iat the Proposal Selection Team 1nd I believe will provide the <br />Program with the best and most complete scope of work, study methodology, level of fielcl efforl, ancl <br />most lpplicable data ror Progrlm needs within a reasonable budget and schedule. <br />Again, the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program appreciates the time and effort you oPfered <br />throughout this process.
