If an interested party believes <br />222 data collection during an additional nesting season(s) is warranted, the proposal should include <br />223 the budget estimates for the extension. <br />224 <br />225 DELIVERABLES <br />226 The contractor will provide a weekly e-mail report during the nesting season and a monthly e- <br />227 mail report during the remainder of the year regarding work progress to the ED Office. The <br />228 contractor will provide a verbal report at a TAC meeting after completion of each study season. <br />229 Both in-person meetings will be held in central Nebraska or other sites as mutually agreed upon. <br />230 All other contacts may be via phone and/or e-mail. <br />231 <br />232 Study deliverables include, but are not limited to: <br />233 • Raw data sheets, maps, and UTM or lat-long locations of all bird captures and relocations. <br />234 • Photogra.phs of study implementation, birds, fora.ging activity, and habitat conditions. <br />235 • Copies of all annual state and federal filings required in accordance with necessary permits. <br />236 • A dra.ft report in Microsoft Word format based on results from the 2009 nesting season <br />237 describing field methods, collected data, and data summary/analysis, and including the <br />238 completed electronic database, will be submitted to the ED Office and TAC for review and <br />239 comment by December 2009. <br />240 • A draft final report in Microsoft Word format based on results from both the 2009 and 2010 <br />241 nesting seasons describing field methods, collected data, and data summary/analysis, and <br />242 including the completed electronic database, will be submitted to the ED Office and TAC for <br />243 review and comment by November 2009. <br />244 • A fmal report in PDF format incorporating comments from the ED Office and the TAC four <br />245 weeks after written and/or verbal comments are provided to the contractor will be provided to <br />246 the ED Office. Raw data sheets, photos, and finalized database are also required with <br />247 submission of the final report. <br />248 • Data will be reported in accordance with guidelines outlined in the Program's AMP and the <br />249 Program's Database Management System. <br />250 <br />251 AVAILABLE INFORMATION <br />252 In addition to the Program Docwnent, the AMP, and the Integrated Monitoring and Research <br />253 Plan, several additional sources of information are available to assist potential contractors in <br />254 responding to this RFP.
