Isolated on-shore bodies of water created by falling <br />water levels, not cutoff secondary channels. <br />III. Substrate <br />SI (Silt). Fine gritty material that is suspended easily. <br />SA (Sand). Less than 1/10 inches in diameter. (<3 mm). <br />CL (Clay). Compacted fine particles in bed form that are not <br />suspended easily. <br />OR (Organic Debris). Muck derived from dead decaying matter. <br />GR (Gravel). 3/8 to 3 inches in diameter (3 mm to 76 mm). <br />RU (Rubble). 3 to 12 inches in diameter (76 mm to 305 mm). <br />B~ (Boulders). Individual segments of rock larger than 12 inches <br />in diameter (>305 mm). <br />BE (Bedrock). Large solid masses of rock without individual form. <br />IV. Cover <br />V (Vegetation).
