When graphed, depth of <br />squawfish backwaters presents a bell shaped curve peaking in this range with a <br />extending to 2.0 m. Also, there are numerous records of high catches of Color <br />shallow backwaters. During ISMP xOY sampling in the middle Green River in 199 <br />highest catch of Colorado squawfish (n=169) was in a backwater 0.25 m deep. <br />
