The Recovery Program is a joint effort of the U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, Western Area Power Administration, state of <br />Colorado, Utah and Wyoming, Upper Basin Water users, and environmental organizations. <br />Additional funding and support was provided by The Ecology Center, Utah State University, the <br />Berryman Institute, Utah State University and the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, Nongame <br />division. <br />The main body of this report has been submitted to the Journal of Conservation Biology for <br />publication and is authored by Todd A. Crowl, David A. Beauchamp, Jeff M. Godfrey, Tom <br />Nesler and Leo D. Lentsch.
