Brief history and present Currently, Thorne Ecological Institute has moved one staff person into a vacant <br />status Kassler Water Treatment Plant building and is providing programming from that <br />facility. The Colorado Division of Wildlife has also started to provide angler <br />education programs out of the Kassler facility. Thorne is also functioning as a <br />clearinghouse by providing information to the public on programs available <br />through our partners.
