The 5% probability level marks the reservoir <br />elevations that were excee<!ed by 95% of all potential reservoir elevations on average. In other <br />words, for each month of the year there were 5% of all potential reservoir elevations that were <br />below those indicated in the figure. Figure 10 shows that at the 5% probability level, there was a 7 <br />to 8 foot difference between the Action and No Action alternatives. Similar plots showing the <br />reservoir elevations for the 10%, 25%, 50%, and 75% probability levels are located in the <br />Appendix. <br />
