Fishes of the White River in Colorado (Table 1.1) have been
investigated previously (Carlson et al. 1979 and Miller et al. 1982)
providing valuable baseline information. During this study the fish
community was sampled throughout a 78 km stretch of river from the
_ Boise Creek confluence (RK 193) to the Colorado-Utah stateline (RK
- 115.5).
