MAJOR ROADS FROM ZEBRA <br />MUSSEL CONTAM/NATED AREAS. <br />In evaluating potential land routes <br />westward from Wisconsin, Iowa, and <br />Missouri, and southward from Canada, <br />major roads likely to be traveled by <br />people trailering boats to uninfected <br />areas were identified (Figure 7). This <br />potential avenue for introduction <br />represents the first opportunity to stop <br />the spread of the zebra mussel.
