<br />B. At a minimum, the reporting will include the following <br />information on nonnative fish species that are stocked into the <br />Upper Colorado River Basin: <br />(1). Species; <br />(2). Location; <br />(3). Number Stocked; <br />u <br /> <br /> <br />(4). Size of Fish Stocked (mean total length or numbers/pound); <br />(5). Criteria Used for Routine Stocking from Section IV or the <br />written proposal submitted for case-by-case review. <br />2. Five-Year Review <br />A. Five years after implementation of these procedures, and every <br />five years thereafter, a Program review will be conducted to <br />determine: <br />(1). Adequacy of procedures to protect endangered fishes; <br />(2). Effects of procedures on private landowners; <br />(3). Effects on aquaculture industry; <br />(4). Impacts on warmwater fishing. <br />B. Once a Lake Management Plan or stocking proposal has been <br />approved, it will be reviewed every 5 years thereafter and <br />submitted to the Service by the respective State wildlife <br />agency with the following determinations: <br />(1). Did the body of water reconnect with the river during the <br />previous 5 years? <br />(2). Is escapement occurring? <br />(3). Recommendations for addressing escapement, if it is <br />occurring. <br />If escapement has not occurred during the previous 5 years, <br />modification of the stocking proposal or Lake Management Plan <br />will not be required. <br />XI.
