ADDENDUM
Since the printing of the Draft Environmental Impact
Statement for the Sandstone Dam and Reservoir, the following
changes have been made.
fPage 2-3, paragraph 2.06. At the end of sentence 1, add
"The Bureau of Land Management administers 500 acres of federal
land which would be inundated by the proposed Sandstone
Reservoir. Therefore, a permit pursuant to Title V of the
Federal Land Policy and Management Act would be required. Refer
to the Land Use section of chapter 5 beginning on page 5-40 for
a further discussion of the lands involved."
Page 5-38, paragraph 5.120. The 1995 projected population
~-
increase for Carbon County should be changed from "over 2?_,000"
to "20,467." Likewise the growth rate should be changed from
"31 percent" to "21.7 percent."

1985 population estimate exceedences should be changed from
"1,128 or 7 percent" to "884 or 5 percent."
