The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, <br />Management and Wyoming Game and Fish Department <br />agencies in this EIS effort. <br />Development <br />of Engineers <br />Clean Water Act <br />Bureau of Land <br />are cooperating <br />The Draft EIS is being circulated to government agencies <br />and the general public in order to obtain comments from those <br />interested.
