Water Delivery System must be completed. Once these issues are completed, <br />expected lease of power privilege negotiations will be reinitiated by the Department <br />of the Interior. <br />6. Wyoming <br />a. Lyman Project <br />Under the Safety of Dams Program, a contract for construction of a <br />concrete cutoff wall in Meeks Cabin Dam was awarded on July 26, 1993 to Bauer <br />of America Corporation of Waltham, Massachusetts for 55.9 million. The cutoff <br />wall was designed to reduce seepage through the dam and increase its safety. The <br />work was completed in the fall of 1995 and appears to be working well in that the <br />seepage has been controlled. <br />7. New Mexico <br />a. San Juan Chama Project <br />A resource management plan initiated in 1995 for Heron Reservoir is <br />scheduled for completion in March 1998. The resource management plan and <br />environmental analysis are expected to provide a guide for future resource <br />management decisions and identify problems, issues and opportunities at Heron <br />Reservoir. Review of the final administrative resource management plan is currently <br />underway. The environmental assessment has been completed and distributed to <br />all interested parties. <br />50 <br />
