Representatives of the Study Team will give presentations on a proposed <br />process for the coordination of operations at participating reservoirs, the potential for releases of inflow, <br />the Recovery Program, and the Recovery Implementation Program Recovery Action Plan (RIPRAP) <br />activities. You are invited to attend any of the meetings at the following times and locations: <br />Frisco, Colorado - Tuesday, February 18, 1997, at 9:30 a.m., at the Frisco Town Hall, First and <br />Main, Frisco, Colorado <br />Glenwood Springs, Colorado - Tuesday, February 18, 1997, at 7:00 p.m., at the Hotel Colorado, <br />526 Pine Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado <br />Grand Junction, Colorado - Wednesday, February 19, 1997, at 9:30 a.m., at the Ramada Inn, 2790 <br />Crossroads Boulevard, Grand Junction, Colorado <br />The Study Team was established to evaluate opportunities to modify and coordinate the operations of <br />various reservoirs located in the Colorado River Basin upstream of the confluence of the Colorado and <br />Gunnison Rivers. The core of the Study Team is comprised of major reservoir owner/operators <br />representatives and water management entities involved with water use in the Colorado River Basin of <br />Colorado. The goal of coordinated reservoir operations is to enhance peak flows in the Colorado River <br />near Cameo for the improvement of endangered fish critical habitat.
