The Saint Vrain watershed was the highest at 106 percent of average. <br />The lowest snowpack water content on the Project was recorded for the Lake Granby watershed at 78 percent of <br />average. <br />Snowpack water content on May 1 was slightly below normal on the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project watersheds. <br />The Upper Arkansas River watershed was 100 percent of average.
