\ $4.4 million contract was awarded for
he construction of Dove Creek Canal -
leach 2 in July 1985. This 2-year con-
ract is for building a 6-mile-long earth-
ned canal and its accompanying struc-
ures. Less than 10 percent of the con-
tact work remained to be finished at the
tnd of FY 1986.
Work on the $6,400,000 contract for
Great Cut Pumping Plant, which was
awarded in 1983, was about 95 percent
complete at the end of FY 86.
A $2.9-million contract was awarded in
May 1986 for the construction of the
6.9-mile-long South Canal. At the end of
FY 86 about 50 percent of the work was
completed.
A $1.4-million construction contract was
awarded in August 1985 for the House
Creek Recreation Area and McPhee
Reservoir Fisherman Access Facilities of
the Dolores Project. By the end of FY 86
about 80 percent of the work for the con-
tract was completed. Asphalt-surfaced
roads, parking areas, an entrance station,
