0 <br />A. Dellverables: <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />DELIVERABLES/TIME FRAME <br />1. Bi-annual written reports - summary of all activities conducted <br />under the proposed agreement. ParLlcular emphasis should be placed on <br />identification of any problem areas that may restrict completion of the agreed <br />upon program. <br />2. Annual reports - summary of the status of all objectives of the <br />agreement and data bases being developed. <br />3. Final reports - as defined below: <br />a. Economic and demographic profile of the Colorado Plal.eau <br />ecoregion. <br />b. Emerging trends and management issues report on the 'Colorado <br />Plateau region. <br />c. Report on the survey and analysis of leaders in the management <br />of the Colorado River area. This will include methodologies, sample sizes, <br />survey instrument, and other appropriate information. <br />d. Report generated from the symposium and workshop, <br />e. Report to Reclamation on the recommendations and application <br />of the information collected to the future role of Reclamation in the Colorado <br />River basin. <br />4. Computerized data disc and report with all pertinent information <br />. from the survey and information generated from the agreement. Information <br />will include metadata disc provided by the Glen Canyon Environmental Study <br />(GCES) and information organized in a dBase IV format. <br />B.-Time Frame: <br />1. Initiation of the consolidated study plan - 1994. This will <br />include the identification of all specific study programs Including <br />methodologies and proposed survey environment. Prior to implementation of the <br />study, a final study plan, format, and timeline for completion will be <br />provided to Reclamation for concurrence. <br />2.
