NOTHING IN THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE <br />CONSTRUED TO APPLY TO GROUP EVENT PERMITS AND RECREATION EVENT <br />PERMITS ISSUED BY THE FOREST SERVICE OR SPECIAL RECREATION <br />PERMITS ISSUED BY THE ~UREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT. <br /> <br />37-85.5-111. Repeal of article. THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE <br />REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1997. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Appropriation. In addition to any other <br />appropriation. there is hereby appropriated. out of any moneys <br />in the resource mitigation banking cash fund not otherwise <br />appropriated, to the department of natural resources for <br />allocation to the executive director of the resource <br />mitigation bank, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1991, <br />the sum of thirty thousand five hundred nineteen dollars <br />($30,519) and 0.5 FTE, or so much thereof as may be neces~ary, <br />for the implementation of this act. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
