Gross Wetted Area (GW A) versus flow relationship for Strata 6 and 8. <br /> <br />Daytime or resting habitat was found to be restricted to pools/runs over at least <br /> <br />1.5 feet deep and half the observations where in pools/runs over 3.8 ft deep (Chapter 2). <br /> <br />The inflection point for the mean curve of the squawfish daytime habitat/flow <br /> <br />relationship was 100 cfs for Strata 6, Strata 8, and both combined (Figure 7). At flows <br /> <br />over 125 cfs Strata 8 had more WUA, but at flows below 80 cfs Strata 6 was greater. <br /> <br />Squawfish daytime WUA at 500 cfs was 30,000 sq. ft, and dropped to about half that at <br /> <br />80 cfs. A flow of 100 cfs had 64% of the WUA that was provided at a flow of300 cfs. <br /> <br />25 <br />
